In a quiet location near the Parliament building, the four basic rooms at the charming Pension Andrea come with television, air conditioning, free wireless internet and private bathrooms. The owners are involved in the local arts scene and the rooms are often used by musicians playing in Tirana's bars and restaurants. Breakfast isn't included, but guests can use the communal kitchen, plus there are plenty of cafes nearby. The pension is signposted down the alley next to the Brilant Antik hotel.
