Fibank Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the position of Senior specialist in Marketing and PR.

Duties:
-Lead effort to create and keep updated, a marketing and communications plan that aligns with organizational goals and capabilities.
-Contribute content and manage production for external media channels, including:
-Social media and other online engagement tools.
-Press releases, Annual Report and other print publications.
-Monthly eNews email newsletter and sections of public web properties.
-Manage external communications, including handling press inquiries and general feedback email.
-Oversee Fibank’s event marketing, including the hands-on implementation of events.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration;
2.Strong knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in current social media platforms and technologies;
3.Experience in event management and project management;
4.Experience with Sales force and marketing of bank products;
5.Experience in communications, external relations or other outreach-intensive role required; 6.Working experience at marketing field is considerable;
7.Excellent knowledge of the business environment
8.Excellent writing and editing skills and very good command of English
9.Ability to work in team
