Megatek S.A., the biggest Do-IT-Yourself wholesale and retail hypermarket in Albania, is currently looking for a potential candidate for the position of MIS Specialist.

Job Objective:
To assist in the management and maintenance of the company’s information systems and its applications. To assist in the management and maintenance of the reporting system and the corporate’s intranet and use these tools to provide business insight.

Duties and Responsibility:
• Assists in the administration of all Line of Business (LOB) applications
(e.g. ERP, WMS, POS, e-commerce and BI) of the company.
• Interacts with the internal clients to resolve basic issues regarding LOB applications.
• Provides reports and analytics to the other department staff.
• Responds to internal clients request in a timely and formal manner.
• Helpdesk assistance for internal clients if need be.
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of documentation for all internal MIS processes.
• Train and support the work of other staff in need of assistance.
• Other duties as needed/requested.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: University Bachelor level degree in related IT field, is required. Microsoft Certification in related field will be a plus.
Experience: At least 1-year experience in a relevant position is a must. Past usage and maintenance of ERP systems will be considered as an advantage.

Skills:
•Effective communication skills and excellent manners when interacting with peers.
•Strong knowledge of RDBMS architecture and administration particularly Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and up.
•Good knowledge and understanding of Windows Server family platform and application design best practices.
•Good in T-SQL programming language and any .Net programming language. Basic knowledge of networks. Eager to learn new technologies and excel in career.
•Team spirit.

Languages: Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
