Role objective:
Plans, coordinates and supports the overall operations of the Branch and manages the Branch personnel, so that to increase the Bank’s client base, maximize the profitability of the Branch, enhance business development through cross-selling and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinates Branch operations so that to ensure the consistent achievement of targets and the successful implementation of sales campaigns.
Participates in and coordinates the promotion of all retail products and services either by meeting customers or by supporting and directing the selling efforts of the Branch personnel.
Serves Affluent, Small business and Commercial clients.
Provides coaching to her/his subordinates to facilitate the identification of customer needs and cross selling, placing emphasis on the affluent customers and the small businesses.
Coordinates customers’ service according to the Bank standards, supports the establishment of sustainable business relations, placing emphasis on significant customers.
Is responsible for the compliance with the rules and regulations related to the Branch security systems and ensures compliance through appropriate and systematic audits.
Is responsible for the effective management of the Branch’s operating expenses, aiming at the enhancement of the cost / revenues ratio based on the set targets and the Bank’s standards.
Is regularly informed about new circulars and the Bank’s new products and follows procedures, as appropriate, aiming at the effective promotion of the Bank’s products.

Requirements:
·University degree (minimum 3 years duration), preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
·Knowledge of the English language
·At least 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Branch Network operations, very good knowledge of the banking market.
