CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Business Trainer

The candidate profile should help improve the performance of the employees on soft skills and facilitate the business sector, by providing practical, interactive and fun filled activity based training to the sales team through workshops, seminars and on-job training that should impact positively on the sales team skills.

Duties:
•Train people all over Albania (field visits and classroom training)
•Follow the Company’s Training model
•Participates on training material development and prepares training calendar for the sales force.
•Conducts the formal lectures and coordinates with the field visits.
•Coaching.
•Participates in the induction training for the new comers in collaboration with the HR department
•Reports the training effectiveness to the Training Manager.

Requirements:
•Preferable training experience or instructional role
•Extended knowledge in sales
•Work experience in sales, media, education or organizations
•Excellent communication, presentation skills and team work
•Personal leadership
•Good knowledge of English and Italian
•Willing to travel (Albania)
•Valid driving license.
