The CRM Data Analyst Officer supports CRM team in developing & maintaining direct marketing campaigns activities from generation, execution and reporting. Support other important initiatives like customer behavior, modeling x-sell and segmentation.

Support of all unit’s analytical projects.

Duties:
-Supports CRM Team in their direct marketing campaigns planning, messaging, targeting and other CRM activities. Development of targeted marketing campaigns by using propensity models in order to select and contact the right customers.
-Responsible for generating CRM campaigns based on criteria delivered by Campaign Manager. Extract data from different data sources mainly through aCRM platform.
-Responsible for maintaining information flow to and from the aCRM platform. Ensure contact policy, channel optimization and data quality are implemented.
-Able to build database infrastructure and standards to support Control Group testing for Retail Products/Segments.

Requirements:
•University Degree in Business Informatics, Math or Computer Science (or equivalent) with high results;
•At least 2 years working experience, preferable banking sector;
•Knowledge of SAS & MIS system would be an advantage;
•Good knowledge in PL/SQL, SAS or similar program;
•Ability to statistically aggregate conclusions from quantitative and numerical data reporting trends and turn into policy recommendation;
•Very good analytical and quantitative skills;
•High team spirit and good persuasive skills;
•Very good command of spoken and written English.
