APCE is looking on behalf of one of our international clients for a highly motivated and ambitious:
Operational Manager

Responsibilities:
Managing production processes & logistics
Project Management
Site Management;
- Monitoring & improving site safety
- Monitoring daily processes & procedures
- Continuously improving efficiency, minimizing on waste and maximizing the output
- Reviewing / improving factory procedures
- Monitoring the maintenance performance
Managing SHE issues
Approving the Management of Change procedures
Keeping Standard Work Procedures updated & implement them
Training personnel according training performance schedule
Daily reporting to the GM regarding the site activity
To execute any task received from GM, in the law limits, with the purpose to optimize the site activity, processes and safety
Spending the company financial resources only based on the previous approval of GM and FM within the approved values limits
Full responsibility regarding the site activities and results on the topics foreseen in the job description
Planning & Stock Management

In order to prove successful in this job candidates should have:
Engineering Degree
English must, any other language advantage
Substantial experience in managing production, technical and logistic processes
Hands-on mentality, monitoring and foreseeing, Presonality with a high sense of responsibility
Analytical way of thinking
Experience with handling of chemicals preferred, substantial experience with SHE related issues
Good mastering & expression of the Albanian & English language
Coaching & motivating manager, demanding to yourself and others, Strong Communicator
