On behalf of our client, an international company successfully operating in Albania, we are currently looking for a Senior Legal Consultant.

Role:
As a Senior Legal Consultant, you will support the legal team and clients in law projects at different sectors.

Responsibilities:
• Advise company clients and colleagues with up to date legal rights and obligations, rules and regulations, with a clear business focus.
• Draft, review and represent clients in negotiation on legal issues.
• Working effectively and leveraging experience in a team.
• Anticipating and identifying risks within engagements and raising relevant issues.
• Building strong internal and external relationships.
• Keeping up to date on professional standards and firm policies & procedures.
• Continually developing personal skills through training, experience and coaching.

Requirements:
• University degree in Law
• 3-4 years of related experience in a local or international consulting firms
• Experience in legal due diligences in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of companies will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality, details and accuracy
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic personality
