This position consists in supervision, organization and coordination of all processes of design, production and installation of facades.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of all activities in the Technical Department.
- Assistance in the recruitment and training of staff according to the needs of the company.
- Assistance in the preparation of the work-plans for each of the members of the working group, as well as tracking and monitoring of their implementation.
- Preparation of full executive projects for the implementation of facades according to contracts signed by the company with its customers.
- Projection of the entire work with all his/her capacities, as well as leading, organizing, supervising the projection from the technical department’s staff under his dependence.

The full executive projects listed as follows:
a) Conceptual Project which is prepared based on architectural projects received from the client of the company Aluflor.
b) Optimization of the project for the extraction of costs as economic as possible, detailed control and confirmation of full structural analysis according to the projects.
c) Provides counseling, and coordinates with the Client and its working group as an architect and engineer.
d) Prepares and creates some project ideas to present to the Customer.

- Administers the process of precise measurements at the site.
a) Conducts the verification at the site of measurement which were performed by other firms subcontractors
b) Maintain communication with topographer
c) Ensure that appropriate markings are made and accurate at the site
d) Ensure that the cycle is being carried out successfully
e) Takes through Verbal topographic measurements by topographer

- Preparation of draft executive project
a) Views of the facades, cutting all, plan details all
b) Assists the sales department at the presentation of the draft executive project
c) Prepares the list of materials
d) Prepares draft production, which follows from the beginning to the end, taking care to be an accurate process
f) Designs all the details of the executive project

Surveillance and supervision of the production and processing activity, at the labor department of the Aluflor company.
- Technical Director has the duty of the quality control for all production processes in the Technical Department. All tasks and works prepared by him and his technical staff must be signed by the designer.
- Monitoring and supervision for the succesful realization of the projects.
- Attending meetings with clients according to the company's needs, in order to offer to customers’ high quality projects and creative solutions
-Technical Director takes full responsibility for the quality of works to be carried out
-Technical Director will respect the deadlines set by the company
-Technical Director will hold responsibility for completing the documentation in accordance with applicable laws and building codes

Qualification required:
- University degree in Civil Engineering, profile Structurist,
- Preferably have experience with facades.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, AutoCAD, etc.
- Very good organizational management and coordination skills.
- Ability to provide suggestions and alternatives for solving problems and situations.
- Good communication skills and cooperation.
- To be credible, accountable and fulfill work obligations.
