Job position: Executive Assistant
Department: Back Office
Location: Tirane
Summary: Executive assistants work with high-level executives at a company to provide top-level assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assists in the daily coordination and management of all administrative tasks;
•Schedules and organizes various activities; meetings, conferences, committees, and special projects; including CEO’s daily agenda.
•Composes and prepares reports, correspondences, memos, forms, agendas, evaluations, presentations, and minutes of meetings, directories, and tables; proofreads documents for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to established formats.
•Maintains various statistical records for and on the behalf of CEO; develops and maintains complex spreadsheets and databases.
•Organizes trips for CEO and the visitors, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
•Coordinate messenger and courier service.
•Monitor and maintain office supplies.
•Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
•Assists in some the of processes between Jumbo Greece and Albania

Qualifications and Skills:
-Education: University Degree, preferably in business related fields
-Work Experiences: At least 2 years’ work experience in similar trading company;

Additional qualifications:
-Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
-Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
-Numeracy and literacy skills
