Sheraton Tirana Hotel is part of Marriott International Inc. Corporate which owns, manages and franchises almost 30 of the most well-known brands in the hospitality industry worldwide with over 6000 hotels. Lately we are looking for candidates to apply for the position of:
Learning & Development Coordinator

Key pillars:
Administer and co-ordinate all training that are carried out by the Hotel as per the Annual Training Calendar; Deliver corporate Health & safety trainings and others as required. In conjunction with DHR Identifies training needs and effective training initiatives to achieve the hotel's goals, and ensures standards and procedures are constantly applied.

The ideal candidate for this role is efficient, enjoys interacting and developing associates, and has a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Job knowledge/skills:
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Displays strong skills in effective planning, organization and team motivation.
Competent in use of Microsoft office programs.
Able to work with all levels of associates.
Fluent in Albanian and High proficiency in English.
Excellent written, spoken and translation skills.
Knowledge of varied training systems.
Ensures hotel guests and all employees feel safe and secure within the hotel environment at all times.

Education:
University degree and above.

Experience required:
Must have relevant training experience (essential)
Previous experience in HR or Training role preferred but not essential.
Must be able to show previous delivery and execution of business based projects.
