Marketflow - online Payments Service Provider - has an exciting new opportunity for a Risk Analyst / Risk Support Specialist based in Tirana. We are an innovator in online payments technologies and a global leader of revenue generating payment solutions that operates in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

JOB ROLE:
You will be responsible for monitoring merchant processing activity by using multiple systems and reporting tools. The Risk Analyst will be required to contact risk departments, merchants, and use many tools to research questionable activity.

Duties:
- Monitoring merchant processing activity by using multiple systems and reporting tools
- Monitoring clients' account activity in order to spot, prevent and handle fraudulent activities
- Implementing the company risk management program and adhering to established policies
- Following procedures for identifying, collecting and analyzing risk-related data- Addressing inquiries related to risk management and fraud prevention (email mainly)
- Screening transactions to ensure compliance with risk management procedure
- Escalating issues as necessary
- Assist Manger of Risk Management in higher level activities.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent listening skills
- Excellent analytics skills capable working with large set of data.
- Strong attention to detail in analysis and system input
- Comfortable with file transmission processes and troubleshooting
- Good organization skills, can manage multiple requests and stay organized
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently working with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (Knowledge of MS Excel and CSV format, Outlook, Word, etc.)

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business and/or similar field
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to build and manage complex financial models for business forecasting and analysis
- Experience working with large data and developing scalable solutions for financial reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills. Highly detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
