The opportunity:
We are currently seeking for an Experienced Law Assistant to support our Legal team and help our clients in law projects at different industry sectors. Actively establish internal and external relationships. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues. You will also keep informed of professional standards and firm policies and procedures and effectively apply this knowledge to different client situations.

Key responsibilities:
Provide special legal activities for our clients from a diverse array of backgrounds
Work effectively in a team sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and update other senior team members on progress
Build strong internal relationships within other departments and teams across the organization
Continually develop personal skills through training, experience and coaching
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

To qualify for the role you must have:
University degree in Law
3 years of experience in a local or international firm dealing with corporate law, immigration, labor law, custom code and administrative procedures; assistance and representations of clients in front of instances of Administrative Court.
Experience in legal due diligence, in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of companies will be considered an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent communication and prioritization skills
Strong teamwork skills
Results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality, details and accuracy
Self-motivation
