EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a financial institution is currently recruiting a Chief Process Officer.

Duties:
The Chief Process Officer (CPO) will be a member of the Local Management Team and responsible for all project-oriented operations.

Requirements:
•University degree from Economic Faculties but accompanied with IT background;
•Additional professional training in management and technology is an advantage;
•Managerial experience in Operations/processes department in financial sector or payments/card sector
•Relevant experience with projects management
•Knowledge in systems integration, database management, workflow and process design;
•Experience in analyzing and documenting requirements.
•Excellent Planning and organizing skills
•Excellent English
•Analytical thinking
•Problem solving
•Proactive attitude to initiate developments
•A good communicator, able to collect feedback and support team members
•Understanding of business needs
•Active team player
•Ability to translate the business goals of an organization into technical solutions
