EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a financial institution is currently recruiting a Chief Process Officer. Duties: The Chief Process Officer (CPO) will be a member of the Local Management Team and responsible for all project-oriented operations. Requirements: University degree from Economic Faculties but accompanied with IT background; Additional professional training in management and technology is an advantage; Managerial experience in Operations/processes department in financial sector or payments/card sector Relevant experience with projects management Knowledge in systems integration, database management, workflow and process design; Experience in analyzing and documenting requirements.
