nternational Commercial Bank Albania is looking for a talented candidate to join its Credit Administration team in the position of Clerk. The contract will be bound for one year. Position: Credit Administration Clerk Report to: Head of Credit Administration Contract: 1 year Contract The Credit Administration Clerk will be responsible for administration of Loan files and dealing with insurance fees of all loan customers. Duties: - Maintain contact with the Branches in order to complete loan files on documents and post condition terms pertaining to loan Administration Department - Prepare the letter to the insurance companies for the insurance policies to be renewed, defining the property and the right amount. - Prepare of all vouchers for the payment of the premium and make necessary entries in the system - Register the insurance policies in the system, input all the necessary data and file the insurance policy in each customer file - Prepare the vouchers for loan expenses like legal, evaluation, interest adjustments, vouchers for the customers with differences in monthly payments and submit all the vouchers to finance department.
