The PLAZA Tirana is looking for DOORMAN/ DRIVER/ VALET SERVICE

POSITION SUMMARY:
Greet and welcome arriving guests as they enter the hotel. Assist both arriving and departing guests with baggage.
1. Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
2. Inform Guests of all safety features and, if time permits, promote hotel outlets.
3. Maintain accurate logs.
4. Store guest baggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles. Call taxis upon request.
5. Maintain the check-in station for appearance, organization and operational departmental areas for cleanliness and organization, correcting as necessary.
6. Coordinate/facilitate the schedule of our airport shuttle drives, and hotel driver.

Requirements:
1. High school graduate or equivalent;
2. Fluent in Spoken English. Other languages will be an advantage;
3. Driving License is mandatory;
4. Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferable.
