As a new betting company in Albania we are looking for Live Chat Assistant

Main responsibilities:
· Provide information to the company’s clients;
· Handling customers’ queries in timely and professional manner via chat and e-mail;
· Providing technical assistance for products, websites, software, etc.;
· Meeting corporate standards and procedures for better quality;
· Meet predetermined personal and team targets;
· Keep the job knowledge up to date and strive for excellence;

Requirements:
· Fluency in Albanian;
· Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet applications;
· Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills;
· Team player with positive attitude;
· Results- and sales-oriented – an advantage;
· Availability to work on shifts;
· Speaking English is a plus;

· Njohja e objektivave tė paracaktuara personale dhe ekipore;
· Pėrditsimi i njohurive tė punės dhe pėpjekje pėr pėrmirėsimin e tyre;

Kėrkesat:
· Rrjedhshmėri nė tė folur tė gjuhės shqipe;
· Njohuri tė aplikacioneve MS Office, Windows dhe Internet;
· Komunikim shumė tė mirė dhe aftėsi tė kryerjes sė shumė detyrave;
· Tė jetė udheheqės/e i/e grupit me qėndrim pozitiv;
· Rezultatet nė orentimin e shitjeve – pėrbėn njė avantazh;
· Disponueshmėri pėr tė punuar me turne;
· Njohuri e gjuhės angleze pėrbėn avantazh;
