Compliance Officer position is established under Legal & Compliance Department within RIAL for the main purpose of ensuring the implementation of the Group and Local Regulatory framework/standards, with regard to Compliance and AML/CFT requirements.

Duties:
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of all relevant Compliance and AML/ CFT, local and Group requirements;
* Informing the internal staff on new laws and Raiffeisen group directives affecting the company activity;
* Drafting/reviewing the internal regulations /procedures of the RIAL regarding Compliance & AML;
* Ensuring the implementation of Group Directives and local laws regarding Compliance/AML/CFT principles and activities at entity level;
* Implementing the Compliance regulatory framework in regard of Capital markets –
* Compliance (CMC), Conflict of Interest (CMC-related);
* Implementing regulatory framework with regard to FATCA/ CRS (internal procedures, regulations, manuals), ensuring the correctness of the report delivered;
* Monitoring the implementation of requirements for employees in confidential areas;
* Supporting in preparation of Compliance reports for managing bodies of the company;
* Supporting the due diligence & enhanced due diligence process to the RIAL customers.
* Monitoring the customers and their transactions, based on the risks presented, in order to safeguard the company from any potential misconduct;
* Supporting the reporting process to the Albanian Financial Intelligence Unit as prescribed by law;
* Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
*University Degree in Law;
*Minimum 2 years of work experience in related fields (preferable experience in compliance/AML area)
*Communication, planning/organizing and creative skills;
*Very good team player
*Very good computer skills
*Excellent knowledge of English language.
