Our company is seeking a .Net Software Developer that will be part of a team developing software products that will be built using .Net technologies. The .Net Developer candidate must have technical background and experience on .Net development. Deuties:
Designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains solutions.
Performs source code/versioning management function adhering to technical management.
Collaborates with team members to define, design and unit test scenarios and scripts in alignment with business and system.
Leads cross functional application development activities to achieve project.
Contribute to and maintain a thorough understanding of application development standards, policies, and procedures.
Ensures application development deliverables are completed on a time, budget.
Researches and recommends appropriate application development best practices.
Demonstrates strong leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring.
Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management.

Must have:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other similar degree.
1-3 years of previous programming experience in Microsoft related technologies.
Visual Studio 2012/2013, Team Foundation Server
Web Forms and MVC pattern
Microsoft SQL Server Database
C#, T-SQL, Client Scripting Languages (jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON)
Knowledge of Italian and/or English language.

Nice to have:
Entity Framework
N-tier architecture
IIS Web servers
Web Services, Web API.
Significant experience and mastery of Object Oriented Development and the related design pattern.
Good knowledge on design and implementation of web services (SOAP, REST).
Microsoft software development certifications.
