The construction of the building Torre Drin began in 1996 and is realized by the company IVESTNDERTIM TIRANA shpk. The building, a reinforced concrete structure of 14 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, was finished in 2000 and on the same year it was registered on the Real Estate Registration Office in Tirana.
INVESTNDERTIM TIRANA shpk changed it's Board of Management in 2013 and with it also it's name to Invest Real Estate which still owns more than 6.000 sqm of the building composed of shops, offices, apartments and parking spaces for rent. Actual occupancy is 88% and good income from lease.
