Megatek S.A., the biggest Do-IT-Yourself wholesale and retail hypermarket in Albania,is currently looking for a potential candidate for the position of Digital Communication Specialist.

Role Title: Digital Communication Specialist
Report to: Digital Marketing Supervisor
Location: Tirana, Albania

Objective: Responsible for the implantation and optimization measurement and reporting for MEGATEK websites, ecommerce, social media, and demand generation programs to increase brand awareness and preference.

Duties:
•Assist in development and implementation of Digital Marketing Communication strategy.
•Responsible for all ON LINE content creation and upload for a wide variety of activities, in all social media.
•Responsible and monitoring e-commerce for MEGATEK, including brochures, catalogs, advertising, e-mail campaigns, press releases etc.
•Coordinate/coaching online sales operators/photographers and e-commerce designers by optimizing all necessary actions and uploads.
•Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar.
•Understanding of user-design, graphic design and interface principles and responsive and mobile design.
•Develop creative briefs to give the internal creative team and agencies clear direction.
•Other duties as needed/requested.

Requirements:
Education: Master degree in Marketing or Communication
Experience: 2-3 year marketing experience.

Skills:
•Strong digital copywriting, design,content marketing, and verbal communication skills required.
•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written skills required.
•High-energy and displays positive energy in team dynamic.
•Strong skills with Microsoft Office.
•Detail oriented and well organized will be extremely important.

Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
