Position title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Key pillars: To implement and maintain efficient, effective and quality public area standards. To take responsibility of the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeping.

Job knowledge/skills:
To have through knowledge of all the products and services provided by Housekeeping.
To implement training of all staff ensuring they understand the purpose of their role and standards required.
Displays strong skills in effective planning, organization and team motivation.
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Experienced in similar position is an advantage.
Speaks good Albanian and English languages.
Competent in use of Microsoft office programs.

Education: High school degree
