We’re a small growth agency that serves international clients. We are growing fast and are looking for dedicated talents who want to be part of our journey. To grow and be more present in our B2B Marketing consultancy product - we are looking for an Marketing Automation Specialist who will be responsible for inbound and outbound campaigns of several high-growth clients in Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use prospecting tools and growth hacking techniques to identify potential prospects
Manage and create data driven outbound activities to uncover qualified sales opportunities with all relevant tools
Responsible for A/B testing campaigns, including copy, images, and subject lines
You own content creation processes and conceptualize, plan and launch profitable Inbound marketing campaigns
You define engaging content to target different audiences via a range of marketing channels and make sure the content adheres to the content guidelines, including brand and tone of voice.
You manage and create a rich content/editorial calendar that converts leads. (calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content)
Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure an efficient transfer of MQLs and SQLs
Create and maintain segmented lead nurturing processes
You will present results to stakeholders with key learnings and further recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:
You have a university degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Inbound / Outbound marketing with proven successes in similar positions.
You have very good technical skills, have strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and have good knowledge of all relevant lead generation, marketing automation tools and spam regulations.
You can manage multiple projects and deliver all on time.
You have very strong analytical skills combined with the ability to find creative solutions.
You must be able to work with deadlines, KPIs and always be focused on performance optimization.
You are communicative and can speak fluent English - further languages are welcome
