The Company:
LocalEyes Group is a leading global provider of Localization Services, mainly to the computer and software industry, with headquarters in Ireland.

LocalEyes Group is recruiting one Language Coordinator for its subsidiary LocalEyes Albania, based in Tirana.

Job Purpose:
Language Coordinator will assume responsibility for managing the linguistic resources and quality for one or several languages. The Language Coordinator will execute processes and workflows to achieve the desired level of linguistic quality per client expectations in close liasion with the Project Coordinators. The successful applicant will also be responsible for maintaining and nurturing a pool of qualified resources within the Group’s budget guidelines to maximise profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Language Coordinator manages and optimises availability information for internal and external linguistic resources working with the dashboard and availability calendars
- Manages short term and long term planning and availability of the linguistic teams
-Provides and manages schedule heads-ups to the the linguistic teams
-Monitors project allocation so that work is distributed evenly across freelancers in the dashboard to ensure sufficient quality levels from all resources.
-Provides inputs to the vendor management team, developing and contributing their expertise on vendor projects and deliverables

Requirements:
-Degree in Translation Studies
-Knowledge of translation processes, standards and best practices used in the industry
-Ability to assimilate, hold and interpret a wide variety of information
-Excellent verbal, written communication skills in English
-Excellent people management and virtual collaboration skills
-Organisational and planning skills imperative

Will be considered as a plus:
-iOS and OS X user experience
-Ability to create, update and execute processes and identify enabling tools
-Ability to manage and organise a large volume of emails
-Demonstrable experience in project management
-Knowledge of other foreign languages
