ANTEA Cement Sh.A., subsidiary of TITAN Cement Company S.A., has invested in Albania by constructing a technologically advanced cement Plant, and invites qualified professionals to join our Production Department in the following position:
Mining Engineer

Main duties and responsibilities:
•Responsible for design and supervision of mining exploitation.
•Ensure the optimal exploitation of quarries.
•To ensure consistent quality of the materials utilized in quarries and be able to adapt the quality according to the requirements of the production process.
•Responsible for processing (crushing) and storage of raw materials.
•Use and update mining model.
•Perform raw mix calculations.
•Propose modifications for the process parameters equipment with a view of ensuring the quality of the manufactured products and optimizing the performances.
•Challenge main equipment operation set points or practices of raw mix preparation.
•Integrate safety into all operations that are under his/ her responsibility.
•Challenge the environmental performance of his/her section and comply with regulations.

Candidate profile:
•Technical University Degree, Mining Engineering.
•At least 3 years of work experience in similar position.
•Possession of Professional License (B.8 Category) will be considered an advantage.
•Knowledge of Mining Legislation.
•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Planning, organizing and time management skills.
•Very good knowledge of PC, AutoCAD knowledge will be considered an asset.
•Familiar with technical writing
•Good knowledge of English language (written & oral)
•Excellent communication & cooperation skills
