Position: Sale Agent

Duties:
•prepare sales action plans and strategies
•schedule sales activity
•develop and maintain a customer database
•make presentations of company real estate products and services to potential clients
•negotiate with potential clients
•maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports, report on sales activities and follow up for management
•respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
•follow up on sales activity
•carry out market research and surveys
•participate in sales events
•monitor competitors, market conditions and real estate product development
•ensure tenants service satisfaction and good client relationships

Requirements:
•Degree in Economic/ Business
•At least 3 years professional experience, advantage real estate industry,
•knowledge of relevant computer applications
•knowledge of basic business principles
•experience in making presentations
•strong commands of English and/or German as business languages
