Pėrshkrimi i punės

The management of business development activity in branch and agencies for individuals and Micro customers as well as staff development in order to achieve the qualitative and quantitative set targets; improving of customer service quality for individuals and all business segments.

Duties:
•To constantly identify the market potentials in the business area it operates;
•To ensure the progress and strengthening of relations with existing customers as well as creating a successful relationship with new and potential customers;
•To create an effective team;
•To motivate, train and develop the staff under his/her supervision in compliance with Bank standards and objectives;
•To focus on:
- sales effectiveness (SFE discipline)
- improving of customer service level
•To ensure the proper application of Bank manuals, guidelines, procedures and regulations in force;
•To ensure an efficient communication in the exchange of information with line managers and subordinates;
•To ensure on daily basis a proper branch appearance according to required standards;
•To achieve the set targets / tasks in order to maximize the profit;
•To optimize the profitability indicators of branch and agencies;
•To perform other related tasks required by line managers.

Requirements:
•University degree in Economics or related fields;
•At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in banking and/or in managing positions;
•High reputation and sense of integrity;
•Very good communication, presentation, management and analytical skills;
•Open-minded; energetic, enthusiastic, results oriented;
•Self driven and people management oriented;
•Good command of written and spoken English;
•Good knowledge of MS Office.
