Olainfarm’s Representative office in Albania is looking for a Medical Representative with the following Desired Profile:

Education/Experience:
• Previous experience as Medical Representative;
• Minimum University Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine,Dentistry;
• Excellent knowledge of the basic IT tools(Microsoft Office package);
• Good knowledge in written and verbal communication in English.

Professional Competencies:
• Product Knowledge: Knowledge of Company and competitor products is key when detailing healthcare professionals
• Therapeutic Area Knowledge: Knowledge of various therapeutic areas and associated treatments;
• Territory Management: Planning, targeting, identifying key doctors/clients and call reporting
• Selling Skills: Skilled sales professional capable of recognizing and adapting style/selling as appropriate.

Professional Competencies:
• Integrity: Maintains high professional and ethical standards. Is a ‘role model’ for the company.
• Collaboration: Follows up on information requests seeking answers through internal Olainfarmnetwork. Actively participates at region meetings;
