Tirana International Airport SHPK (“TIA”) is seeking for an
IT&T SPECIALIST
who will report to the Information Technology and Telecommunication Director of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
Responsible for designing, modifying, installing, upgrading, updating and maintaining TIA IT&T systems, software and related hardware, thus providing efficient, accurate utilization and minimum downtime
Analyze and diagnose problems related to TIA IT&T systems and develop effective solutions
Maintain functionality of TIA Server Farm services, virtualization and replication
Responsible for performing checks for every IT dedicated system
Responsible for providing general IT support to staff and customers (office automation) and orient new users to existing technology
Manage hardware and software products

Requirements of the position:
Bachelor degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering
Knowledge of general IT, office automation: PC Maintenance Hardware/Software; Printers/Scanners; TCP/IP Ethernet Networking; Telephony
Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2009/2015: Active Directory Service, updates (WSUS); Hyper V virtualization; Replication
Knowledge on CCTV and Access Control Systems
At least three years of working experience in related job responsibilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Very good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English language
Ability to multi-task, organize and coordinate
Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
Available to work in 3 shifts
