On behalf of our client, Avon Albania, Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger is currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious candidate for the open vacancy of:
CAMPAIGN PLANNING TEAM LEADER

Duties:
Coordinates the commercial campaign planning process for Albania with Central Europe based partners; maximizes pricing and merchandising strategy according to local needs;
Contributes to delivering key business KPIs, connected with revenue, gross margin etc.;
Participates in quarterly and strategic planning initiatives – planning conferences, workshops, brand and category building initiatives and projects
Works in close cooperation with local Digital, Sales, Sales Support and Training departments to contribute to local processes
Supervises the local teams of copywriters in Albania.

Requirements:
University or college degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales or trade marketing
Fluent English
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Excellent time management and deadline observation
Good analytical skills
Advanced computer skills – MS office
