Title: Business Analyst
Department: Project Management Department

Summary:
Business Analyst supports company to meet the requirements for business expansion and improvement of the efficiency by analyzing requirements, designing business cases upon Business Strategy and project department programs, recommending system controls and protocols.

Business Analyst Job Duties:
Responsible for initiating and preparing of the business cases in the project department.
Responsible for planning and monitoring the process phases under his supervision.
Translating and simplifying requirements for business cases and prepare/bring proposals and alternatives for achieving these requirements.
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Responsible for preparation of all the analysis and feasibility studies related to the business cases under the project department.
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Responsible for communication in time and according definitions designed in business course
Improves project road map by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and give support to the other members on department when is needed.
Responsible for preparation of all kind of reports related to the projects on the project department.

Business Analyst Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a related field (Business Degree preferred)
Minimum of 3 years business process analysis experience
Good knowledge of software implementations
Very good skill on analyzing information and preparation of reports on these information,
Very good teamwork player,
Very good written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills,

Expert or very good experience in Business cases writing/Business proposals and business plans

Potential to educate and train other managers and the workforce;
Prospecting skills,
Presentation skills,
Professionalism
