Duties:
Network monitoring & Incident response.
Supervision of company network, checking status and behavior of network elements. Collect, analyze and report timely about the network alarms or problems, first line support for the different problems, taking care about network and services availability. Minimize the time for fault diagnosis. Escalation of network faults and malfunctions to the next level timely according to the proper procedure.
Communications management. Report to head of Unit and Department Manager for any major trouble in the network. Helping on preparation of the reports/notifications of the unit.
Use internal tools to report/record on technical troubles, traffic and no traffic affected events according to the relevant procedure.
Ready to replace other people in the shift when requested by the head of unit.
Participating in other unit activities.

Education:
University degree (preferred Electronic Engineer)) Experience
1-3 Years of experience on the field. Competencies/ soft skills
Job relevant knowledge, flexibility and adaptation in new requirements, ability to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships and to express his/her ideas effectively in individual or group level, initiative and teamwork.

Language skills:
Very well written and spoken English
Working overtimes, and shifts
