The System Administrator takes care of all the issues related to Collection Systems (Debt Manager and Auto Diller). The position’s direct purpose consists in Problem Solving related to day to day problems, implementing new strategies or changing them, solving issues by communicating with IT, Vienna Support and Systems Providers in order to assure a good performance of these programs.

Duties:
•Daily administration of Collection systems
•Analyses the possibility of reflecting business ideas in Debt Manager by generating innovative solutions
•Implements properly new strategies in Debt Manager and assure good functionally. Give instruction and feedback for the implemented changes
•Prepares and update technical documentation regarding strategy implementation, and other documents related to the system
•Assures good overall system functionality, fixing on time all possible issues. Maintain close contact with Local and Vienna IT for support if needed. Escalate and follow up with Fair Isaac support different problems
•Analysis and preparation of change requests together with Collections and Risk, and follow up with Business Analysts and IT
•Gives direct support to the other Team Leaders and Collection Manager. Propose technical implementation solutions for supervisor ideas and technical feedback regarding changes proposed on behalf of strategy.
•Generates information and created queries for Collection purpose from DM. Gives input in periodical reports in collaboration with Reporting Officer.
•Trains Debt Manager users
•Trains back person for system administration and data processing
•Makes check how are technically inputted the actions as per strategy and workflow.
•Debt Manager Project – Successful follows up and full implementation into daily live collection activities.

Requirements:
•At least 2 years of experience in managing professional software
•Relevant experience in system & projects management
•Very good skills in Structured Query Language (SQL)
•Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
•Good host system knowledge
•Very good analytical skills;
•Very good communication skills;
•High flexibility in day-to-day work
•Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
