JOB PROFILE – BI Specialist

2.Key responsibilities
Develop and run statistical and financial reports on Postpaid & Prepaid subscribers: Revenue & Traffic (BSCS, DWH, SPSS)
Maintain DWH users, access & authorizations
Install Data Warehouse Clients and train the DWH users.
Analyze business requirements for reports, and handle the implementation of changes required in DWH, SPSS
Participate on the projects related to internal enterprise systems, e.g campaign & acquisition & retention management, Siebel BI, customer management systems - DWH interfaces etc

3.Job requirements
Education
Computer science university degree.

Experience
At least 1 year previous experience on programming (SQL, PL SQL etc.) or data base administration

PC Skills
Proficiency in MS Office package
Knowledge of other programming languages as .NET, C#, Delphi etc. is an advantage.

Competencies/ soft skills
Communication & Interpersonal skills,
Able to keep confidential information and work under pressure

Language skills
Very good English knowledge.
