Albanian HR Solutions Ltd. is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).

We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of:
Chief Finance Officer

Qualifications and Skills:
· University degree, BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
· At least 10 years of progressive experience in Accounting with a strong emphasis on the Financial Analysis and Reporting
· At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience
· Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
· Previous experience in Retail & Distribution Company is an advantage
· Ability to strategize and solve problems
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills
· Very attentive to details
· Strongly result oriented, able to work unsupervised
· Excellent capacities in team work
· Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
· Basic knowledge of English language
· Preferably driving license, Class B
