Lately we are looking for candidates to apply for the position of: Sales Manager

Key pillars:
The Sales Manager in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for maximizing Rooms, Food and Beverage, Conference and Banqueting business and maximizing conversion of business in line with budgetary goals of the hotels.

This position requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.

Job knowledge/skills:
Should have demonstrated management skills in previous experiences
Very good comprehension of Albanian and English language
Excellent presentation and communication skills insuring delivery of superior guest service.
Displays strong skills in effective planning, organization and team motivation.
Competent in use of Microsoft office programs.
Able to work in different timeframes.

Education:
University degree and above.

Experience required:
At least 2 years experience in similar position preferable in hospitality area
