Key responsibilities:
Work with the RSD Director and Regional Managers to define sales priorities and targets for the POS and Sales Teams while ensuring there are systems in place to enable them to perform accordingly
Coordinate and monitor the activity and performance of Retail Operations and Reporting Units operation with RS Director Forecast (long term) and budget
Constantly review financial information and provide advice to RSD Director on monthly activity adjustments to promote a sensible equilibrium between Sales volumes and Costs related.
Monitor costs and ensure the budget limits will be respected
Evaluate the efficiency of internal procedures and workflows according to Department’s objectives and apply improvements
Design and supervise the set of reports needed to support decision making process
Ensures the Section’s activity is compatible with Company’s procedures and standards
Other ad hoc duties as required by management

Job requirements:
Education:Bachelor degree in Economics, statistics or related fields. Master degree in these areas would be preferable.

Experience: At least five years of experience in Retail operations management & control and three at least three years in collecting, elaborating and producing reports out of sales data

Required skills: Very good knowledge of Retail Network structure and operations of Telekom Albania.
Very good knowledge of Budgeting Process and related Costs and KPIs.
Good knowledge of accounting/financial principles and their impact on costs Structure and budgeting.
Good knowledge of productivity and efficiency monitoring instruments.
Excellent command of Computer and particularly Office Suite applications.
Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
Good command of Business English. Other languages are a plus.
