SIDERAL S.H.P.K. is a one stop shop center for top quality construction materials, located on the 24th km of the main highway connecting Tirana and Durres.
SIDERAL S.H.P.K is a subsidiary of SIDENOR Group in Albania and mainly distributes steel products of SIDENOR Group in Albania but also stands as a one-stop center for many other branded construction materials as aluminium products by ETEM S.A., ELVAL S.A. and ELVAL COLOUR S.A , copper, copper alloy and titan zinc products by HALCOR SA and SOFIA MED SA, cables by CABLEL HELLENIC CABLES , various steel products by SIDMA, PANELCO and ERLIKON..

The firm is looking for a Logistics Assistant, who will be responsible for:
· Reporting to the Sales Manager
· Deal with daily goods’ transportation activities
· Assist the sales department with daily customs activities
· Assist the warehouse activities regarding cargo checking
· Adhere to the company's or organization’s policies and procedures
· Answers question and provide assistance to customers and suppliers as needed
· Assist the sales’ department daily activity by creating, sending, and following up on invoices
· Attend company-wide meetings, reporting to managers and senior executives
· Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
· Assist with periodical inventories
· Perform other daily tasks as per the management’s requirements

The right candidate should have the following abilities:
· University degree
· At least 3 years’ experience in similar position in a Local or International Company
· Excellent command in English; knowledge of the Greek language would be considered an asset
· Experience in customs and import/export procedures
· Self-motivated individual, team player, hardworking and committed individual
· Dynamic, flexible thinker, full of energy, with impeccable integrity and loyalty
· Experience with MS Office
· Knowledge of SAP system software package is desirable
· Possess experience in daily interaction with clients and suppliers
· Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
