Our Company:
Sideral Shpk member of Sidenor Group which is a leading international Group of companies, headquartered in Europe specialized in the production, manufacturing and sales of metal products.
Already present in Albania, our Company completed the building of a large warehouse and wire mesh production facility in Tirana within the last half of 2010.
Therefore, it has decided to recruit an Accountant, based in Albania.

Role:
The firm is looking for a Sales Support and Finance Assistant, who will be envolved in supporting the sales and finance departments by handling loadings schedule, invoicing , postings, reporting, as well as customs related issues.

The right candidade will be responsible for:
Managing the daily loading schedule and operation, invoicing, managing the billing process, ensuring payments terms etc.
Co-ordinate loadings with warehouse manager , transportation agencies and clients
Handling customs and import/export issues
Assisting sales and finance department in daily bussiness

Candidate Profile:
University degree at a graduate level preferably in Business, Economica or related fields of study
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and / or finance business is essential
Excellent working knowledge of English
Knowledge of Greek is an asset
Excellent communication ability and interpersonal skills.
Organizing and planning skills.
Flexibility.
Self motivation and strong achievement drive.
knowledge of SAP system software package is desirable
Possess experience in daily interaction with banks, payment orders, transfers,
