2.Key responsibilities
Preparing lawsuits, claims, complaints for the money obligations regarding Bad Debtor’s files and other parties;
Preparing the Request to the First Courts for Execution Orders, sent the execution orders and all files to the Public & Private Bailiff’s Office. Person in charge for all procedures to the Public & Private Bailiff’s Office.
Provides written consultation, with prior approval of the company’s legal advisor/s, on a broad range of issues occasionally;
Preparing reports regarding our files of Bad Debtors,
Preparing Memo’s for/to the Bad Debtors, N.R.C., Public & Private Bailiff’s Office, requesting to other public & private institutions requesting to them information and all necessary documents for our cases sent for Execution;
Taking all the legal procedures regarding the registration of the Minutes of B.o.D. and Decision taken by our C.E.O, at the National Registration Centre (N.R.C), taking copies of Extracts for the Bad Debt’s and our Company etc.
Preparing Prosecutors Requests as per Albanian Law Requirements.
Assist in the company's compliance with labour-related obligations occasionally.
Participate in cross – departmental projects occurred in legal department.
Performs other obligations and duties at the request of the Manager

3.Job requirements
University
University Degree in Law

Experience:
3 years related experience

Soft Skills:
Very good organizational & communication skills, team working and hard working person, able to solve problems.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Oulook)
