Guest Service Agent / Receptionist

Key pillars:
The candidate for this position will be an expert communicator, able to listen effectively, to communicate clearly and in a friendly way, to solve the issue and keep the guest happy, able to check-in, check-out of hotel guest according to Sheraton Standards. Assure high degree of guest satisfaction.

Job knowledge/skills:
Customer Service/Communication Skills
Problem-Solving Skills
Attentive to details and required standards
Fluent in Albanian & English Language
Availability to work as per business shifts

Education: University degree and above

Experience required:
Experience in the same role for at least 2 years
