Marketing Manager main responsibilities:
In charge for all marketing related activities. Responsible for the preparation of the yearly marketing plan.
Execute highly impactful and efficient marketing programs to further build the LR brand image among consumers
Responsible for the PR activities to further build the LR brand image
Continuously track results vs. goals and lead analysis of business drivers to adjust plans as needed to achieve business goals
Is in charge of strategic planning and execution, material development and execution of consumer events, events management including set up, execution and post event analysis
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the country

Qualification:
Experienced in similar positions
University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas
Very good computer literacy
Very good knowledge of Albanian & English language. German language would be an asset.

Personal abilities:
Excellent communication skills; self-initiative
Able to work under pressure and deadlines
Creative and open to new ideas
