CCS Operators in Greek Language

Main responsibilities:
• The Operator is responsible for meeting Company’s customer service objectives;
• Provide customers the required information & services;
• Follow-up customers’ needs and other inquiries and delegate and/or cooperate with other related departments for each product or service;
• Responsible for filling in the data in the system;

Skills and qualifications:
• Communicates politely and effectively with customers from different regions and different profiles;
• Working upon predefined procedures for, implementing strategies and instructions;
• Answer phone calls by meeting the key performance indicators;
• Negotiation Skills;
• Commitment to excellent customer service;
• Use quickly and in an efficient way programs & telephone at the same time;
• Explain the product using a simple and friendly language with the customer;
• Be customer oriented and show that while speaking to customers;

Candidate Profile:
• Excellent knowledge of Greek language ;
• Dedicated, loyal and result-oriented;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Good PC skills (Ms-Office);
• Preferably: previous similar work experience.
