SharePoint Administrator:
-Managing SharePoint Administration
· Bug Fixes, Workflow Approvals
· Adding Features to Site & Migrating Documents etc.
· Custom Coding & Bulk Updates
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading and managing a

SharePoint Server:
- Should also have a broad knowledge of Windows networking and authentication.
-Monitoring of disk space, backups and other repetitive tasks
-IIS Manager and IIS 6/7 architecture
-Server Manager and its functionality
-Event Viewer and Performance Monitor
-PowerShell scripting

SharePoint Developer:
-Developing custom web parts and component for SharePoint.
-Should have experience in Asp.net, C#, web pages, detailed knowledge of the SharePoint 2007 object model / 2010 client object model, JavaScript experience etc.
-Should be well versed on .NET framework and windows workflow foundations (WFF).
-Should have a solid understanding of a solid understanding of the SharePoint API as a whole.
-Able to build workflows from a completely custom Visual Studio direction as well as custom coding SQL and SQL server manipulation and maintenance also required so some knowledge in DB side also needed.
-XML/XSLT knowledge will also provide some extra value in development.
-A solid understanding of IIS and editing web config files are good to have.

Requirements:
0-2 years of IT experience with at least 1 years supporting and training digital technology solutions to internal users.
Prior experiences as a SharePoint application specialist or admin.
Experience gathering end user collaboration requirements and working with cross-functional teams to maintain product / feature backlogs.
Experience with training content creation and delivery as well as one on one end user support.
Experience with SharePoint 2007, 2010 (2013 good to have).
Detailed knowledge of Office products.
Experience developing custom workflows in SharePoint designer preferred but not required.
Experience managing enterprise business applications that drive workforce productivity and business workflows such as: enterprise imaging, file sharing, knowledge management, change management, etc.
