Technician

Purpose of position:
Perform operation and maintenance of Telecom equipment's

Main Duties:
Implementation of any installation of radio systems if required
Preventive maintenance and take necessary actions to correct issues in ALBtelecom Sites (tower elements, antennas, cables, external alarms, genset, A/C, MV/LV lines etc.)
Maintain safe work environment by following codes, standards and legal regulations
Support other units when required
Make tower climbing to fix radio problems and transmission in the tower
Document all actions taken during troubleshooting and problem solving

Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Very good command of mechanical and electrical hand tools, able to work on heights, good skills of the technical and operational capabilities and implementation procedures, Multitasking, able to work under pressure
Team Work, Positive Attitude, Solution oriented, Effective communication skills, Self-motivated
Good understanding of telecom principles

Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance activities on mobile networks

Education:
High School diploma or higher level
