Systems Support & Development Specialist at Banka NBG Albania

Responsibilities:
Carries on app development tasks part of different projects that aim to improve the business processes of the Bank.
Actively involved in the creation and development of the MIS infrastructure using Data Warehouse and BI reporting tools (SAP BW, SAP Query Designer etc…)
Provides active support in central systems operations (including Core Banking, SAP, SWIFT, other satellite systems ...).

Qualifications:
• Computer Science degree
• At least 1 year experience focused mainly in systems maintenance, programming and development. Experience within the banking sector or telecom sector would be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to undertake responsibilities, work under pressure and deliver within deadlines
• Very good skills in DB administration. Knowledge of data warehousing, ERP and BI tools would be an advantage.
• Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal ( verbal and written) communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent English communication skills
