ADD is looking for a candidate for:
Statistics and Planning Assistant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Utilizing appropriate analytical reports and tools; provide daily support to division managers to help drive business.
Collect and report accurate and timely sales related data as required by the sales and management teams.
Develop strong relationships internally and with customer to become the go-to sales data resource person.
Remain current on technical, industry and business issues and trends that affect the company's sales efforts.
Evaluates and analyzes category management making recommendations as requested by management.
Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain sales forecast reports.

Strong Excel data skills
Excellent planning, analytical, communication and computer skills required
Ability to work independently and within a team to communicate with team members and management on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job.
Related Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least one year related experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret sales report.
Advanced ability to write reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors, customers and employees in a positive and effective manner.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to apply common sense.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
