On behalf of our client, a well-established Albanian company operating in the wholesale and retail of industrial supplies, we are looking for a talented and experienced IT Manager.

Role:
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day to day IT Operations across the organization, ensuring continuity of IT support, application availability and managing the department.
This role combines technology vision and leadership, ensuring effective use of IT capability and resources.

Responsibilities:
• Managing all aspects of IT Operations and computer systems
• Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems
• Developing a technology strategy and plan to support business objectives
• Identifying problematic areas and implementing solutions in time
• Establishing improvement actions on in-house information systems and coordinating implementation with programmers
• Maintaining a high-level of awareness on technology innovation and best practices on company's applications
• Project management of key IT Projects

Requirements:
• University Degree in Computer Science or related areas
• 4+ years of experience in relevant position; programming experience with SQL and .NET technologies will be considered an advantage
• Very Good knowledge of English and Italian
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think and plan strategically, but act pragmatically
