We are looking for:
IMPORT EXPORT RESPONSIBLE

DUTIES:
· Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods.
· Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
· Keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
· Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
· Be updated with all changes regarding laws and/or regulations that apply for the export industry.
· Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs.
· Serve as intermediaries between foreign buyers and domestic sellers.
· Checks shipments when arriving to make sure orders are loaded correctly and the goods are in compliance with the required specifications.
· Maintains financial relations, contracts and bonuses determined for each of the products, quantities and any other information regarding registration of invoices, goods quantities of orders.
· Coordinates the work to determine the quantities needed to be commissioned by optimizing the amounts with the costs, coordinates the work with the sending and transport agencies to determine the days of cargo execution and follows their deadlines.
· Contact suppliers to set or to carry loads and to solve product defect problems, late orders, or other transportation problems.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree Level University degree
Degree Field(s) Business or related field
Experience Industry experience preferably

KEY SKILLS:
Excellent management, organizational, and customer service skills
Knowledge of import / export laws and regulations
Ability to handle crisis situations and meet the targets in time
Able to work under pressure situations
Good knowledge of English and Italian
A very good team player
Time management skills
