Products Senior Specialist

Purpose of Position:
To create and maintain market differentiating mobile and fixed services/products in both Consumer and Business segments, with target to acquire new customers, eventually drive up the usage and consequently maximize revenue growth.

Main Tasks:
· Identify and design product and tariff propositions (including pricing mechanisms) that best fit with company’s objectives for obtaining competitive advantage in the market.
· Initiate the process of planning/budgeting and deliver P&L and marketing assumptions for each product and tariff proposition.
· Responsible for the end-to-end creation, development, implementation as well as the final quality of the provided product and tariff propositions.
· Follow up the product and tariff propositions performance through their lifecycle making sure that the quality & performance KPIs are on track,
· Initiate the undertaking of corrective actions when customer tariff propositions and final products do not meet objectives, ensuring that impact on business is measurable.
· Provide targets by tariff proposition at budget level, continuously monitor performance against these targets throughout the year and make any necessary target adaptations -in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders- to make them aggressive and realistic.
· Overall accountable for the performance of the customer product/tariff propositions according to their product line
· Coordinate with other departments for product implementation. For larger scale projects, coordinate with Project Management Team for providing the necessary information, input and feedback.
· Provide information and guidance to the communication team for publications and advertising material required for tariff propositions launch phase, promotions and literature.
· Provide input on budget planning and reports and in-depth analyses for each of the tariff propositions in charge for all segments Business, Retail, Prepaid.

Skills:
· Maximum Proficiency in Microsoft Package with special focus on Excel/PowerPoint/Word and Visio
· Good interpersonal and influencing skills
· Experience in matrix management & cross functional interaction
· Excellent analytical and strategic skills
· Fluent in English
· Willing to work under pressure

Experience:
· 1-2 years Consumer/Business marketing experience, specifically in product development. Experience telecommunications industry will be considered a plus

Education:
· Bachelor in positive sciences, MBA or master’s degree will be considered a plus
